Is The Forum Performing Poorly For Anyone Else?

Very bad here since last night.

Have to click on threads many times. Buttons missing, white screens etc.

Other than the content it seems fine

Alls normal for me, nay problems to report.

Yep, whitescreens, slow, sometimes can't get onto Betfair at all

I'm on BE using firefox.

Orange Broadband, Firefox and IE browsers working perfectly.

I think it's a routing problem.

A bit of the internet that some of us use to get to the site is frozen or something.

Just eaten over 100 betfair cookies. Still the same.

Still no problem here, Egg, and just for a change I can watch racing on Firefox, it usually cuts off and asks me to download a ' plug-in'.

I've just changed DNS servers and rebooted everything but still the same.

C lick on Tools, then Options, then Privacy, then on Vista show cookies then delete cookies ;)

white screens all day at work. the pop-up forum (rather than the tab) was slightly better. works ok at home now.

Yeah white screens here too & have to click on threads maybe 3 or 4 times before they open then its 50/50 whetner its just a white blank.

I just rebooted and when I restarted firefox 30 websites came up perfectly.

I've noticed that usually when the forum hangs it says "transferring data from tc.betfair.com".

tc=top customer if I remember rightly.

It's not just the forum ............... it took ages to switch from the win market to the place market just now.

I reckon this unscheduled downtime was a major fault and they have fixed it with sticky back plastic and PVA glue.

These arent my normal settings but changing them has made it better, but its something betfair should**on their side i think.

Brendan, I have my save history set to 1 day, I've had no probs at all.

as along as its not "always check for new version of page" i think your ok. has made difference for me but I will only have those settings on this forum, they dont suit me elsewhere

My firefox is set to dump everything at switch off, don,t make any difference.

Took 10 mins to get on here and still got 'Error on page' message.

Been out for an hour or so, seems better now.
