Super Bock

lovely beer, my Asda stopped stocking it too, no trip to Portugal is complete without a few Bocks

morrisons i think.not very tasty though.

i had a few in germany

if i remember rightly very srong?

Not very tasty, i think its one of the best beers ive ever had

Watching the Belenenses v Guimaraes game, just remembered how much i love the beer coz of all that advertising in the stadium.

the perfect drink for washing down garlic prawns and chicken piri piri

what is it? A lager?

oddbins usually have it

yes it is a lager

a tasty lager at that

cheers ;)

Spotted it in Tescos the other day. Lovely, reminds me of my holidays

Can get it in nandos I believe

Just seen this thread..... love superbock :-)

My local tesco sells it, plus as already mentioned, Nandos - shame i aint got any Nandos near now..

i shall check out tescos this weekend then

Asda used to sell it at £3.59 for 6 330ml bottles, an absolute bargain, strong stuff too (5.6%)

cant beat super bock, remember porto away one year all united fans singing to tune of jesus christ superstar
"super bock superstar
gets you more**ed that stella artois"
great dayss my asda also used to have it but not anymore sadly!

Bock has a nice malty chocolatey kind of aftertaste

Tastes of caramel to me. Like proper Amstel, not the muck they sell here.

I wouldn't put it in my top 10 lagers though.

Super Bock is one of the worst lagers I have ever tasted :(
