My i-phone is knackered after me dropping it numerous times - screen cracked, headphones don't work, etc
I want to send off and claim under accidental damage.
What should I say happened to it, to make sure I am covered?
TIA

would then need to go and report it to old bill, etc and switch it off until they process the claim, bit of a pain
