I don't eat it. Gluten free biscuits are ok as are gluten free sausage rolls and gluten free crumble. Gluten free pasta is passable although don't eat that</title><link>https://community.betfair.com/chit_chat/go/thread/view/94038/31477237/gluten-free-bread?post_id=556303591#556303591</link><description>I'm gluten intolerant and can confirm gluten free bread is generally rank (and expensive). She doesn't like any of the bread that is pre-made so she uses GF flour to make her own rolls etc. Not cheap though</title><link>https://community.betfair.com/chit_chat/go/thread/view/94038/31477237/gluten-free-bread?post_id=556303261#556303261</link><description>My mum has to have GF because of celiac. It's what makes dough stretchy. The more of it in the flour, the better the texture of the bread.</title><link>https://community.betfair.com/chit_chat/go/thread/view/94038/31477237/gluten-free-bread?post_id=556302765#556302765</link><description>Gluten is a name for the proteins found in the wheatgerm of cereals.
