I know a girl that went to hospital for a Hysterectomy, they cut an Artery by mistake during Surgery. She lost a lot of blood .The Hospital had no supply blood and it had to rushed from an other Hospital to save her life.It certainly shouldn't be a legal requirement to give blood. It would seem too weird to me to be forced to give up part of your body to the government.
