It's supposed to charge phones, car batteries etc. My car battery is as flat as a pancake and I have no 'jump leads' According to the box, it recharges a car battery in 10 to 1My battery is not dead, just flat. It has only done short trips lately and not enough charge has gone back in. Battery is less than 2 years old. The light will go solid green when it is finished. This should take 10 minutes. Please note that is some vehicles the ignition will have to be turned on.
