I just love seeing great horses, especially when they are trained to the minute. Its very profitable backing them and I am an English man, more the merrier. Had a great day Galvin finished it off nicely. Best of luck to you !!

One nearly choked on ones bran muffin that little Hugh and Tarkers made for me, when I saw that post, dear boy!
Quite! Perhaps, one should relax by watching a David Niven movie, what what...Stiff upper lip and all that eh? Maybe even get the Callard and Bowser toffees out!

I saw a spiffing Niven film just the other day, he was a gaffer on a building site, out of character of course you see.

By the by, one of his chappies, Seamus, as that was the poor fellows name had the most dreadful folly befall him, whereby a desperately put together piece of scaffold happen to come down and take his ear clean off wouldn't you know.

It was some spectacle and no mistake, so it was, to be sure, as all manner of people came to aid poor Seamus in his most desperate search for the missing ear.

And wouldn't you know, as all hope was almost lost a most beautiful cry of joy was to be heard as a voice called out, "I've found it" and sure enough a jubilant passer by could be seen waving the severed body part above his head calling out to Seamus.

But, alas, and what wretched luck too that it wasn't the ear in question, as the fact was you see, as Seamus pointed out,

His ear had a pencil behind it.
