I really wouldnt be worried about post race punting until we know the ground and the race particular horses are going to run in. Trainers love playing the will he wont he game.  Value is to be had at Cheltenham at any time so dont cave in to bookie pressure.  I made really good profits at Cheltenham and Aintree last year utilising topspeeds and didnt have a single antepost bet. My winners included Rock on Ruby 11-1, Attaglance 25-1, Brindisi Breeze 10-1 and Cape Tribulation 16-1 amongst others. Obviously soft ground might change things but what is the point in backing a horse that needs good ground only to find its riding soft or worse on the opening day?!. Good luck to all and lets hope the bookies get a bashing.
