He despatched Bellew with great ease a couple of years ago, he's unbeaten and you would think that he would still be unbeaten after tonight's fight? Best chance for Chisora is to go for it early as Usyk has a reputation of being a slow starter. Usyk for me, inside the distance.
Shocked Usyk bt stoppage is fav! Del boy will take some putting away.
Usyk on points looks better value. Lot more diffixult to spark out a true heavyweight like Del than a fat crusierweight named Bellew.
Both huge punchers to tbh not sure if he carrys their power at heavyweight.
We will se tho will be happy to be proved wrong. Not overly confident just if i have a dabble it would be points.
Just looked at the odds, Marshall is 1/33, might well win but those odds are just a bit short imo?

Derek Chisora weighed in at 255.5 pounds for his eagerly anticipated heavyweight clash with former undisputed cruiserweight champion Aleksandr Usyk, which takes place at the Wembley Arena in London on Saturday. Usyk was far lighter at 217.25 pounds.
Chisora approached the stage with his entire upper-half painted white, complete with darkened eyes and the word – and nickname – “WAR” written across his chest. Usyk, unlike his opponent, donned a facemask, which is probably just as well because Chisora strutted across the stage and got right in his face, arms stretched to the side.
“I told him that I’m bringing the African Mandingo style,” said the enigmatic Chisora when interviewed by Sky Sports in the U.K. “I’m gonna rough and tough him. I’m going to war – African style.
“Either we knock him out or he’s gonna quit on his stool.”
Usyk, who debuted as a heavyweight last October, when he stopped American Chazz Witherspoon in seven rounds, appeared completely unfazed.
“I’m in exactly the shape I wanted to be,” said Usyk, through co-promoter and translator Alex Krassyuk. “I could have been [a bit heavier, but weight won’t be a factor.]
“It’s important to make a good statement Saturday night to avoid any hesitations of my opponents in the future. A lot of people still don’t believe in me. On Saturday night I will make my statement at heavyweight, but people will still say things. That’s not my problem.”

Here we go, last round, I do think that Selby needs a stoppage.
Under 11 Rounds at 10/11 looks a good bet imo.
Delboy wont have the stamina to keep up with the ukraine's movement - Haye can say that Delboy is fit to fight 12 rounds, but I just dont see that in his conditionning.
Obvs if delboy hits him cleanly in the openning rounds, then (what is it 3 stone) the weight of the hits will take the Usyk down. Either way I cant see it lasting 11 rounds!!

Haye does speak fluent pish but tbh Del looks in great shape to me. I think he can do the 12 easily
Apparently Haye has been living with him making sure he doesnt cut corners.
Haye wasnt lying ! Del bo000y in good shape. Not sure if he can keep it up for 12 at tbis pacetho.
Long way to go for Del to keep up a furious pace, he'll start flagging shortly you would think.

chisora done well to have earned a living from boxing..very average.
Usyk looks very average to me , only reason he will win on points is due to running away every round otherwise Chisora would knock him out. Only way this lad gets a world title in the heavyweight class is if one is vacated

This whole boxing circuit is joke, a circus and hearn is ring master. The only boxer that did well from cruiser was holyfield and he'd smash everyone of hearns misfits

Yes wolfy I was watching some of the golden era I could not believe how tough and different boxers we're back then! Holyfield was unbelievable ! I'd put lennox lewis nearly up there as well
I agree, Lewis is prob in the top 5 greatest heavyweights ever - he has beat every fighter he has faced so doesn't get much better than that
He layed it thick on vitali klitschko as well lol but never gave him rematch
All of the three big heavyweights of the 90s , Mike tyson, holyfield and lewis were a cut above what is boxing today although tyson fury is perhaps the exception. Imagine what either of those three would do to the likes of Usyk and Chisora

Well prime Mike was my fave, he said bruno hit the hardest but bruno didn't have the animal instinct. I agree with fury best of bad bunch. Yes I also want povetkin to win, he's likeable fella and enjoy his fights, the way he knocked price out lol so many more to come as well...

Mike tyson my favourite as well of all time in terms of excitement. I went to see him vs lou savarese in Glasgow and it lasted around 30 seconds .. probably the only time a sporting event happened and you didnt feel short changed as the guy was such a great fighter of his era
What a memory wolfy!! You saw him live wow, he's an unbelievable man and so intelligent as well. When I was a young boy I sat on henry coopers knee for a photo, didn't have a clue at the time Who he was but a nice memory for me now.
There's a video on YouTube of tyson giving a talk, unbelievable life he had... I am interested in seeing the tyson fight he looks a beast even these days lol
yeah Mega, the Savarese fight was in 2000 I think and remember sitting in Hampden freezing to death but worth it seeing someone I grew up watching.. even though the fight was over quickly it was worth it just to say I saw him fight live. Probably the most exciting boxer to watch of all time , just a pity he went downhill after buster douglas as he could have gone down as the greatest ever instead of losing to garbage like Danny williams and that fat irish guy around 2005
The Jones/ Tyson fight is labelled as an "exhibition " so no judges and not even a chance to bet on it. Apparently both fighters are told not to go for the knockout but even in his 50s I cant see Tyson trying to win on points somehow

Totally agree, I just watched the savarese fight lol you were right only took 30 secs he looked like a ragdoll!
