Why should AJ fight Fury anytime in the near future anyway?
Let's be totally honest Fury is probably odds against to actually make the fight so I don't see what AJ has to gain by signing to fight him, you'll likely end up with 90k fans pissed off (flights, trains, hotels all booked) when the inevitable and he pulls out.
Makes much more sense to fight Wladimir Klitschko (rematch if he wants it), Deontay Wilder, Joseph Parker or even take his mandatory next Kubrat Pulev.
If he avoids Fury it does not mean he is scared as all the haters will make out, it just makes good business sense to avoid the circus that proceeds the liability that Fury is.

Agree with the above comments. Anyone willing to tie up their funds for god knows how long, for a Fury "fight", needs their head looked at. And as for anyone paying for tickets, never mind flights, hotels etc. they must have money to burn. personally I would hesitate to buy a ticket for anything involving the Fury's or David Haye, even if the venue was at the end of my road.
There's no chance it gets agreed to happen before the end of the year anyway. No way Tyson is in shape before end of the year, and they won't do this fight in the winter.

Both Klitschko and Chisora were shot and couldn't throw punches when they fought Fury, about 18 months later both were back throwing punches again and looking fine.
