Parker is Champ though and they won the purse bid did they not?

If they have to get Parker over here for a win then be as well going a different route

Don't agree with this at all. Why should the champion come here. And Parker can't be doing that badly if they can put $3m up for this fight.

The Fury's are quickly becoming a circus. Sorry, but this injury just isn't remotely believable, and even the argument of "shouldn't have gone NZ", why sign for the fight in the first place then? String everyone along to let them down, it's very poor behaviour. Can you imagine if anyone has actually arranged to go to New Zealand for this fight, you'd be furious.

It doesn't help that you have Peter "I tell it as it is" Fury spouting utter rubbish all the time that he disguises as he tells you the truth.

There always seems to be something with Heavyweights (Especially the British ones). This is the second time this fight has been put off, it was originally scheduled for April 1st. The Fury camp seems to be very unprofessional, and obviously don't give a damn about the paying public. I personally wouldn't buy a ticket or a pay per view for any event that involved either of the Furies or David Haye, as they obviously don't take their careers seriously enough to stay in shape, and don't care how much expense or inconvenience they cause for other people. We all know that heavyweight boxing is in a lamentable state and needs as many "characters" as it can get. But surely, no sport is so desperate as to have to continually be held to ransom by selfish and stupid people, such as these chancers. The promoters and fans should forget about these wasters, and move on with professional fighters that are dedicated to their sport and prepared to act responsibly with due regard to the paying public that pay their purses. Hopefully, Parker will get a big fight soon.

i just mean that parker will never be taken seriously until he comes here or to the US. Nobody will want to fight in that part of the world so he will have to come over here or fight journeyman fighters for the rest of his career. Sad but true. I don't buy the fury injury either but he's a young lad so i can understand him pulling out if he's not 100%
