It's a fair assumption that you'd be splitting hairs to separate many of those running in a G1 Stradbroke, isn't it? Ffs Mischief

do their hidden tendons change race by race

Definitely can change ..most definitely.....depend on the training prior to the run....tendons strengthen (or weaken) depending on exercise regime....why physiotherapist etc recommend certain exercises to strengthen knees etc...

Same as excess fat on the horse ...

Hence no rationale in cross referencing  runs weeks apart

splitting hairs to separate many of those running in a G1

No different to assessing camels running around in a Maiden ...it becomes a comparative exercise....

G 1 ..yes expect to be marking comparative analysis with superior horses

Maiden ..comparative analysis with camels...

Not that difficult if one relies on more than 1 criteria and those criteria separate.....

so we now have form from what a horse has done in the past ... we now have rear muscle depth/strength & blood counts ... we now have changing hidden tendons ... and of course changing trainer/jockey behaviour

... all this to contend with before the race begins

and we somehow think CH7 will make it all better for us   Laugh Wink

Another huge day on the track for punters.

Spread sheets up later this evening, I hope.

Cancelled out 4 races of the 9 on a big card (96%-95% and one 97%-96% with multiple horses), but those races still found

the Winners, Quinella, Trifecta’s and Pick 4, ON THE TOP LINE, if you had to bet, great results.

That left us with 5 suggested betting races of 98% - 97% on top in short numbers.

·                  3 Top horses won, other two ran 2nds at good place odds, which made big exotics.

·                  One 1st included a $10 winner; last to first on turn, and potential Group 1 horse, exciting stuff, just like @ Pakenham ( No 5 last               to 1st @ $15) with   Quinella,  Trifectas and a Gimme Pick 4 of $1,000 there to be taken.

                   Last race 11/98% - 3,97% single stand outs,  then rest….12-11-7-3;

Rover field one strategy, in Pick 4 for $150 and pick up 10% of $23,000 ($2,300) dividend, or $1500 for 100% of

                   Pick 4 of $23,000

For what I do, this gig is hard yakka for an old man and if you decide to sit back and do stats for 12 months on who, why when and how, well it may all be too late.

It’s tough days, 3-4 times a week, rating over 400 horses, 20 hours driving and all the communications and summaries required.

Theirs no one else after me, unless you are around for another 400 years.

Royal Ascot.

Saw on the net, Brazen Beau, sensational typ and also Wandjina and rated thier fitness levels 99%  - 100%.

Not sure if peaked 7 days too early, but both in great condition.

Shamal Wind on 98% may go to nearly 100% in the lead up to the big races.

I think they will all go well for Aussies.

jim ... if you're picking up $1500 a day like you did yesterday ... hire yourself a driver (for $200 a day)

... plenty would grab at the chance ...

and maybe slip a tenner on the winner for your staff member as well ... to sweeten the pot

think outside the square ... you don't have to kill yourself with all this driving around

The dog fight in racing.

If a racing fan, you would have to come from another planet if you were not up to date with all the problems facing

Victorian broadcasting.

All I can say is that Victoria is replicating USA broadcasting rights, where each club have their own broadcastings

of their race day meetings.

Sounds good, only thing is USA racing is going backwards; big time and each club show the horses for 15 – 20 minutes

before the race, no adds, yet poor prize monies, poor ratings, punters are staying away from tracks and turnover is dying, why?

So let’s not think that is all honkey dory and start clapping hands and giving out high fives as we will

probably see similar board casting PLUS throw in hundreds of ads.

It is not an easy problem to fix.

New additions.

I have rated about 40 fav.s; some odds on who are not the fittest in the race or are
surrounded by as fit horses, most get beat.

Will place % next to the Fav. number so punters see better, and have a better idea of how
to hedge their bets, especially exotics combinations.

Fitness % Spread sheets up for Flemington last Saturday, Azeema IS A SMART HORSE.

Once a favourite gets off the top line about 90% get beat.

If a favourite is joined on the top line, about 50% lose.

Have placed odds on favourites on 2nd line and non have won, great for laying.

Having software hick ups because I want live updates, but working on things.

Also am going to include a ? next to the number of the horse which is favourite: eg 7? or 1? just to
point punters in the direction of how fit the fav. is.

Free Seymour tomorrow.

Another great day for members at the Valley.

Winners everywhere and really nailed 2 races with winner, exactor, trifecta's and Pick 4's, totally nearly $4,000 for short combinations.

The introduction to the (?) next to the favourite, proved a huge success and thanks for the feedback, and once the Fav was rated in a mix or off top line, they all  lost.

Wiped off two races on low 96/95% combinations and once again both favourites lost.

Saw a couple of very nice horses and we were on 10 minutes before a huge plunge of a $10 - $5 - $6.50; 97% top rated fit horse, led from go to finish and won.

Spread Sheets up later.

Next meetings coming up shortly, I went to Bendigo and MMS’s failed, went to Seymour and they called off  the races and we are betting on very heavy tracks, more soon, but horses keep winning.

I tipped a winner recently and it won at $15, members got $25 on Betfair, now that is overs!

Cheers

Why study the form and waste so much time?

I study no form guides, speed maps, videos, trials, tipsters, I just walk onto a race track and rate fittest horses

for punters and send out my MMS'S, 30 years experience.

    ·         When you see multiple horses on 96/95%, stay out or go wide, as even lot.
    ·         Get your betting strategies right and 97% upwards perform great, it is all out of my control how fit the horses present.
    ·         Sometimes horse/s will be missing, because too late in the yard, use you own strategies to include in  your exotic bets, I have to send.
    ·         Numbers in each line are not in selections, but in order when they come in the yard, each line is equal.
    ·         A % sign is how fit the favourite is, note and can help your strategies.

It is good you are offering at no cost and that you have now created some exceptions to your "pattern" of horse appearance.

I will consider a sign up latter in the week (when I have time) (I wont be giving visa details ...but if I continue I will pay alternative method.

I might even give consideration to day trip to Melbourne for catch up

My interest twicked cause I believe in the importance of horse appearances and as you no seem to have more  selective rules....I could super impose my own set of rules and patterns....

OK not around much now until tomorrow afternoon.

Whilst answering questions isn't Jim's forte, I'll have a shot...

1. Why is the term "spreadsheet" used and why is a spreadsheet necessary...there are no calculations/totals required?

2. Aren't you just using a "table" or "grid" to put "2" numbers above "3" numbers above "4" numbers?

Evening Betfair members.

Bookies bet %, Punters bet a No. who wins?  %Win

Good evening punters, another big winning today on 97% plus rated horses, as like on Wednesday.

Amazing stats of favourites on 96% fit with others around it is still showing up; losing.

I would say over 100 races with fav. @ 96% or less fit fav, with others around it; are losing  95%  of the time.

There is no better system than this to keep getting overs.

Last two days called 9 favourites on 96% fit with plenty breathing down around them and guess what; all have lost!

Who lost today because not fit enough:

1.    Sister Close  $2.40                       lost
2.    Yangon $2.40 early                        lost
3.    Duck Dynasty, well tried  @  $2.40        lost
4.    I’m The Goodes @  $3.20                   lost
5.    Violet Snow  @ 3.20 early                 lost
6.    Ten Goals  @ $3.20                        lost

Nailed my two races with 97% rated horses, with winners, Quinella, exactors, trifectas and big pick 4’s, totally nearly $1800 for short bets.

We are winning consistently 8/10 – or 9/10 meetings, nice.

your wasting your time with small subscriptions.
with those facts/figures i can line you up with the right people in HK they will pay you upwards of $US300,000 per season, good money eh ?? as well as commissions.

now the down side is
A)living in a joint 30 floors up in Hong Kong
B)should you be lying you will definitely be Swan diving from 30 floors up.
