Have you ever looked at a company's website and there is a little box to click on to submit an enquiry? You put in your name and email address and they'll get back to you? I must have done that nearly 20 times and not one person has ever got back to me. I used to think it was just lazy Australian businesses, too busy moaning about competition to to look after a customer (and that's true) but I've found it happens in all kinds of places. I'm beginning to think those enquiry boxes are just for show. Like when you ring the bank and the robot says 'please enter your account number' etc etc and when you finally speak to a human the first thing they say is 'what is your account number?' So all that time you were squinting and carefully punching in numbers was a complete waste of time. These days I ignore those enquiry boxes. I find a contact I can email and hopefully get a reply.
I fcking hate that , punching in your account # to robot. I always ask the chick who I finally get onto what is it about, they always have some vague bullsh1t answer
as for the emails I usually cut and paste the address and go thorugh my own email account, they are sh1te
