First candidate. Robert Morris drive on Nelson County race 7 Penrith tonight. The iForm comment was Very quick out and should lead here. Poor first up but this is a drop in class and fitter for that. Can improve.
Look at Robert Morris on Nelson County and also Western Union. Does it look like the lead was organised already? |

i don't want to spend my time defending drives cause the thread has merit but...
Solvalla you know a lot about harness racing but i am surprised by that comment The race was unusual in that the front row was extra dire. Yes Nelson County has speed but it has handed up nearly every start of its life So the first decent horse there was going to get the lead So great initiative by R Morris in my view Did it get held up Nelson County? No its going so bad it dropped out badly from behind the leader even in this race |

What about Morris on Benazir Bhutto grabbed hold last start at menangle over a mile and flogged out of the
gate tonight to lead no change of tactics mentioned there.Dead set rort the nelson county race blake couldn't get going quick enough to find the lead.Wonder if the clowns noticed anything. |

I'm trying to refrain so That's what happens when an Industry allows Hobbyist's to drive the family pet !! Alongside LTS in the form guide, they should add Lifetime Expenses.Wouldn't that make for lopsided balance sheet. Ahh i can hear the purists shouting "It's for the love of the game mate" Let's face it most of them never had a ride on a Merry-Go-Round, now they get a free ride as Adults. |

In defense of stewards I'm sure they would like to hand out stiffer sentences (even life) but there is a history of having their decisions watered down by appellant tribunals made up sometimes of judicial but not necessarily "trot" people,
These days they take the easy life of soft sentences that won't be appealed to give the appearance that they are doing something. |

I agree, I continually see about 4-6 dead drives a day on fit horses not interested in taking on the favourites and continually steered into empty pockets.
Easily to lose interest in the trots. |

Check out the Penrith races last week. Seems like the organisational committee were busy before the races.
Some very easy leads to back row horses whom seem to know that there wasn't going to be any resistance. Can it be any less obvious? |

again Zenable was just too good for Jerseylicious who had every chance and the horse that handed up to Mister Bling was beaten 17 metres but still runs second
do you want that horse to fight to hold the lead? in all likelyhood it then would have run nearer to last again last night Jerseylicous had the lead taken off it and the horse that beat it was way too good stick with Simply Saver, Solvalla |

Another prime example where punters get raped. R3 Menangle Franco Noriega race. Ess Bee Doubleyou who held out a 1.52 horse Beautide last week this week comes out and hands up to Franco Noriega. Over a mile. Was that a change of tactics in your eyes? Franco Noriega was never ever going to lead that race. And find me anyone who follows the trots who thinks Franco Noriega should have been 1.20 against that field. Only way it was going to be was the race gets gifted to it on a wheel mag. |

Here's one of the worst I've seen in Vic for a while.

Stewards don't do a thing. Inexcusable. Tonight at the same track over the same distance against almost the same field she deathseats throughout and wins, running 2 seconds faster than the first race. |

You know what I liked about Luke's drive on Saturday night he didn't let panella get away with murder in front like every other moron driving around menangle week in week out. He thought I can sit off on excel stride and get beaten or I can make it a fair dinkum race and possibly knock up. Lance Justice is the king at driving a roughie like a moron outside a fav just because he's an ego maniac but he doesn't cop much crap for it.
