Kh, a Citizen of Qatar, has been captured
by the Police of 16th Khoroo at
Bayangol District of Ulaanbaatar when
loading a great number of pigeons into his
vehicle. Though he has permission to hunt
for falcons from Mongolia, he doesn’t have
any permission to catch pigeons or other
birds. Currently, the case is under investigation
by the Police Department of the
Bayangol District.

Police found the man rather difficult to understand as he spoke pigeon English, but they were able to determine that the man was loading them into his car because he wasn't able to walk as he was pigeon toed.
