The good Doc no longer working at TVN, he described them on radio this morning as having the most incompetent management he's worked for and called the board a Sheltered Workshop, said he was not sacked but left on his own accord

Re: Mosheen, another case of Bruce Almighty packaging info to suit. Smashed back in to 3.2 he says when the move from 3.4 was all about the late scratching. Dr Turf has regard for the regular viewer as opposed to the know all tricksters.

If you are talking to me, I couldn't care less if something is a "market mover" or not. His quote of it being smashed was after the race and the only time Mosheen firmed was after the late scratching and that was after the Almighty and the Cripple finally shut up and handed over to Miles.

Do not know Doc but a good mate works with him on radio and says hes a rippper, my mate a good judge of blokes so willing to back that in, Doc had an opinion as do all of us on here, he was in a controlled environment in TVN where you are meant to nod and agree under all circumstances that has never been his go- racing be a better place with more blokes like him

Clarky is Clarky, but Gately V Dr turf is a no contest as far as being mildly entertained in between races

personality.... prob knows his stuff? and that's what he offers.
They struggled to cover all of them in the yard (unless there were five runners) because of
the jovial "entertainment" between races
Looking at them in the yard, even with poor lighting and poorer camera angles is my preference
to being "entertained".

Is a matter of personal preference no worries there. For me, give me Turf over Richie any time. I don't use times and sectionals much at all, so Gately's effectiveneess is reduced.I don't shape what I back on their opinions anyway, so give me some entertainment..!

minutes between races? (maximum 7 runners)
and for a bit of light entertainment they could play the odd game of "celebrity heads" with
him being Virgil from the Thunderbirds in EVERY game
or a Pick Which One IS AMERICAIN type photo-game
