jimmy got galloped on just prior to the corner by lion tamer I think and that in all probability cost it the race

my point is that 2 starts in ... what.. the last decade should not be enough to gain a start based on "reputation or past results". Pinker Pinker would have been more meritorious IMO.. it's flying and should have been preferred over a horse without a suitable prep..IMO. I could be wrong as usual though because when it comes to the valley i've got NFI [;)]

Agree with you TINS, he seems like a real "horseman", I backed it based on the trainer (his only runner at MV today). I am only a guesser with racing though, that's why I don't post selections on here.
Spoon I wouldn't have minded rekindled either I saved on it I though about Pinker and should have thrown 20 OR 30 buck at 40 or 50's just for the hell of it but you cna't have them all I just knew that Helmet was a ridiculous price and was more than happy to bet around it. Should have jsut smashed Jimmy ew but hard to bet ew on here although I never looked at the place market in the Cox on here stupidly

In the absence of any educated forumites offering sensible advice here I decided to have a 'FUN' bet selected by pure whimsy.My chosen runner was Rekindled Interest.Once again my views on 'FUN' bets has been confirmed.A bet that loses is never 'FUN'.On the rare occasion that a 'FUN' bet wins it's met with mixed emotions.You can't help but wonder how much more 'FUN' it would've been if you had a decent bet on it.

honestly expected helmet or jimmy choux to win, Efficient didn't handle the turn at all, not sure if he couldn't get into the ground or what but he just didn't handle it

Efficient ran a great race, i'm very surprised he's not being set for a bigger race distance wise

efficient was cleaned up on the point of the turn ... a bump in the guts as good as getting the stitch ... but nothing beats pinker on the day ... surprised me with her strength
It got the best run through them of all time evrything came off the fence in front of her which nevr happens to that exten in a Cox Plate, I couldn't have gotten the race more right and through circumstances not collected but as they say that's racing.
