On Saturday I saw two horses where punters had done there money cold before the gates had opened.
1. Kim Classic in the first at Ascot - Should have been scratched. The horse didn't want to go to the starting gates. Ran last in a 4 horse race at $1.60.
2. LAGUNA GRANDE in the 6th at Newcastle with 59.5kg - Race was delayed for 15 to 20mins coz they were waiting for Caulfield to get it's act together. The jockey JON GRISEDALE stayed on the horse the whole time with 59.5kg. Amazing - you knew you had done ya money before the race had even started.
