|
By:

|
By:
Hey TeenBitch I wish you looked more like her too!!
|
By:
The first band I ever saw was Form 1 social in 1966, band was called Town Criers who had a hit single 'Everlasting Love' which was a cover of an English band song 'Love Affair'. Highlight of the night was their version of 'You Keep Me Hangin' On'......
First International band was Chicago, Festival Hall in Melbourne, still one of the best rock bands of all time, if you listen to just their 1st 5 albums :) |
By:
I'll model myself on her from now on DA
what about Hands Up In The Air, Boom Crash Opera? |
By:
I was at that gig Kye
|
By:
Ok DA, yes this is a bit WODA-ish, but the idea is for some banter around some choons ;)
|
By:
I am actually having trouble remembering the first live concert I saw, maybe Elton John at Hobart Entertainment Centre?
|
By:
I'm not sure if this is exactly the first gig I saw but certainly the first big name gig.Cold Chisel at Castle Hill RSL about 1982? Will never forget was standing to the side and could see through to the side of the stage where two glamours in short skirts were snogging.Forget Cold Chisel, all me and my mates could talk about after the show were those two birds. And for years later!!
|
By:
it was sensational Roy, i rank it up with
Cold Chisels last performance in Melb at some venue in St Kilda (can't recall the name might have started with a 'v') INXS playing at a college ball when they were just getting started in Aust |
By:
DA ... First band you saw?
|
By:
no TQ can't say I did
St George Leagues on occasions but more a Revesby / Bankstown boy |
By:
What Its Like - Everlast
|
By:
That tour of Springsteen's was when he was in absolute peak form, my only disappointment was that it was a 'standard' show without any of the legendary jams they would get up to at times.
|
By:
we used to go to Bankstown RSL a lot, Mi-Sex played there a lot
|
By:
Hey Roy I wanted some banter around some CHOONS too just no cvnt ever made any replies!!!
