2010 - Caul / Melb Cup Double - Descarado / American

2007 - Emirates Stakes - Tears I Cry

I have a mate from the Bool who tells me it is working very well and has been set for the race.
It is going to run Cox Plate Day and then have a tune up on Cup Day but will be full boar in the Emirates.
My only hesitation on going win only is I have heard couple of owners are pushing for female jockey from Adelaide to take the ride.
That is a bit of a worry in a pressure Group 1 race over the carnival??
Good luck anyway mate only time will tell hope VB gives us a strong push for it and I think we should load up!

I try and watch the TV series Jockey on the tele when I get a chance.

It's a good insight into racing, however the other night once again jockeys where humiliated on the world stage by trainers looking for an excuse.

His horse led into the turn and folded up, the trainer publically blasted the jockey to the world wide media and owners and said he should go back to the gym and build up his body strength so he can learn how to ride a horse, to last out the distance of a race and many more "great" words of advise.

The jockey could say nothing.

The simple fact was the horse was never fit enough to win and it was the trainer that should "go back to school"

I hear and read about this hundreds of times a year, trainers passing the buck.

It's a tough life being a jock.

wtf happened here Jim??
Report value bet March 28, 2011 2:48 PM BST
Good morning.

Yes, the jock should of taken the horse off the fence about 400 out and bought him down the outside and would of run a place.

I am happy with the Recommended Trades and this is horses that tick about 8 out of 10 boxes, but well worth a trade as fittest in the yard.

Jesta Tiger was 97% fit and at $5.00 a place was overs and led to right on the line and got beat (3rd) about a neck....so great call.

Stage Left drew barrier 14 and though the fittest from the yard was a slight risk and a trade was recommended.

In a previous race the 12 was 98% fit, terrible form but won at 100/1, I will now call these horses.

We would of traded 30 - 60 points on the win, and 5 - 20 on the place...a small fortune to be won.

Thanks

Slept like a baby, dreaming of all my winners.

Hi all, it’s James The Prophet from down under Melbourne Australia, giving you our fitness reports on not only races in Australia but mummy let me start up for a few races at the big meeting at Appy Valley in Hong Kong.

One day, many galaxies away, James the Prophet had a little magpie sit on his shoulder when he was getting breast fed and twittered, “You are going to learn about horse fitness, you are going to learn about horse fitness” in ever so sweat a sounding twitter.

Galaxies later James is an expert in the art of the science of horse fitness and uses these Milky Way skills to give punters plenty of winners, anywhere in the world.

Is it lunch time yet, I could eat a horse!

Ok, enough of this garbage, let’s get down to our Wait, Rate and Win News from around the World.

Apart from being interrupted all day, I did get a chance to watch on TVN the last few races at Mornington and Wyong in Australia off the tele.

Saw a real stand out in the yard with Festene Lente on 98% fit and got on fixed odds before the big dough came for it late. It sat back a bit in the pack but finished faster than Mr Bolt to win easily @ $3.90 because if was fitter than the other horses.

Nice horse this donkey and you can black book him for even a higher grade race next start.

So looked at Wyong and the top weight Cindarockinrella, how good a name is that, paraded on tele fantastic and at 98% fitness identified and a nice type is was a great Value Bet @ $12 each way. Dually led all the way, and made it 2 from 2 for James The Prophet.

Switched back to the next at Mornington and odds on Fruehling on 98% fit only had to go around and win, but bit too short for me at $1.50 and identified the 14, Pepic Hoakes on 97% fit at value price of $3.50 a place and ran on great for easy second.

3 for 3 from James the Prophet if you Wait, Rate; then you Win.

As mummy had her shopping money to play the pokies, she let me stay up and watch a few from Appy Valley in Hong Kong.

First race an even lot but black book punters Full Version on 96% fit, that is a 4 length fitness improvement left, got well back in the field and made its run zig zagging like a drunken sailor through the field, plus a few checks to finish not far from the winner. Ready to win.

Race 3, Natural Flare on 97% fit and a better looking type than Brad Pitt; finished off nicely and a closing second. We got the Trifecta in our 3 fittest here selecting 9-7-11 all on 97% fitter than other horses with across the line it was 7-9-11. Watch out for Natural Flare.

The old Prophet was getting a bit sleepy now but my eyes lit up bigger than the Sydney Opera house on New Year’s Eve,  when I saw All The Winners on 99% Super Fit and at huge odds. Wahoooo!!

Jumped on the TAB @ $18.20. sat back and enjoyed the experience of it leading all the way and collecting, but wait “there is more” I had the 2nd horse Hei Hei Psh on 97% next fittest whom ran on well for a black booker second.

In HK, the dividends were $193 and $71 with the Quinella ( I wish in Aussie dollars) a huge; I think, $999

Well it was bed time now for this little black duck and sees you all later and I hoped you enjoyed our bit of fun and tips.

A bat and ball cost $1.10.

The bat cost one dollar more than the ball.

How much does the ball cost?

Think he was putting his bat back in the crease wasn't he?  Not hitting the ball away.  Then got called through and ran straight when called.
