the rules are simple
12 rounds
head to head
WINNER TAKES ALL
each selection head to head: winner gets 1 point,
HIGHEST FINISIHING ORDER
bonus 1 point if selection wins
winner of the round must be awarded 10 points
if score is say 7 -5
both punters get the same amount of points
so the winner gets to ten
eg round would then be scored 10-8
a round can not be scored as a draw
must be 10-9 if close or if both punters score over 10
the highest winning div gets the 10
points at end of each round
get carried over as round points
to end up with a final score over 12 rounds
Bets must be placed 15 mins prior to jump
or you go onto the sub fav as your pick
If a punter elects to fight in a particular round
and does not post a bet by the end of the first race
STS wins that race and the first one who puts up there hand
to challenge STS for this round
will have the honour of fighting for your 4rum

Saturday 22.01.11 Flemington Challenger: Live In Hope affectionally know as St. Bob by the members of the faithful But what do we know about this challenger? Is Live in Hope just a dreamer? Has he any chance of knocking out the champ? Or is he just hoping for the fairtale knockout blow? Live In Hope....please come forward and tells us all some things about yourself currently your an 50-1 ousider in the markets and many say you have been put in as the opener just to get the champ off to a flying start. What do you have to say to the masses about that? |

Firstly let me say that it a great honor to be the first to go up against that big head STS. I can only assume from his posts that he is in his teens, mid 20s at the most - that gives me about 20 odd years of experience head start. He seems to spend most of his time watching replays! FFS how many times to you need to see a bloody race? You have a bet, watch it and then collect or tear up yah ticket. Finito, final. thats it. Where as us semi pros like to have all the KNOWN details at their finger tips. This is where the punters bible - The Sportman, comes into its own!I have been saving all week to buy my copy first thing Friday morning. After work I will settle down for a few hours and study the ink off the pages! On past history I can safely predict that I will come up with at least 6 winners. That will probably be 5 more than will be necessary to beat the Illiterate One. The only concern I have is the posting - what if he copies my tips?? Anyway Im sure the Judges and crowd will keep him honest. Best I can say to STS is good luck ol' duck, you're f uked! |

well the 2 punters used to first race to have a look at each other
both were on the same horse and it didn't win this race didn't bother the scorer and is known as a chalksaver i'm sure things will heat up soon |
