unable to verify account ???

does anybody have this happen to them while playing arcade games a message will randomly  appear on your screen saying unable to verify your account or read has been timed out ... its so annoying because it seems to happen when ive put a lot of money into a certain game  where i haven't hit the feature game and after the message appears i have to load the game up again which then starts a new session  anybody explain this
