WTA Sydney has a good field as always, but aside from that this is your typical week before a Slam where journeyman and women get a chance to shine.

Remember when years ago there was a big debate about the WTA encouraging youngsters to not be not quite so loud? Now we have rising star Sabalenka as maybe the loudest player ever.

Bertens should be winning those initial games quite comfortably given Garbines initial movement, though she lost them !
i wasn't understanding the market for a lot of that set.
Market concerned with Garbine's hip injury so close to Melbourne. Treat with caution !

What time will it be in the UK?

Why have they brought it forward by a day?
This year they are televising the draw and is open to fans to attend. It will take place on the Margaret Court Arena with Australian Open tournament director Craig Tiley keen to push the tournament in new ways.

I would nearly set up a public whats app group for tennis betting/trading where you can discuss form and injuries and possible opportunities for a sharp bet. I can't have another year hanging around here trying to get some value and insights out of a non existent forum

yeah watched it, she won it quite comfortably. she did have some strapping on her thigh yes.
