Hello. If you are experiencing issues with some threads on the forum, where they're not updating properly, aka broken threads, and you would like Betfair to sort this issue out, feel free to report this to forum@betfair.com
I have already contacted them about it, but it will perhaps help if more people do it and convince them that it's a more widespread issue.

If you don't know what to write/how to describe it just say some threads aren't working: when you write a post the thread gets stuck and you have to leave the thread and enter it again to be able to see new posts. Or some variation of that.

The conspiracist within me tells me this is a ploy to further slow traffic to an already comotosed forum eventually leading to closure due to inactivity, tennis forum used to be one of the busiest forum, now it's on life support.

ww alone will keep the forum from going below any such inactivity threshold

btw there's thread you can refuge at that never breaks and never fails: http://community.betfair.com/tennis/go/thread/view/94186/30901163

forum is f'd up, seriously how difficult is it to implement software that works in 2017, have to switch between live and standard views to see latest post as they keep disappearing/delayed. Is this some kind of attempt at slowing traffic further before closing the forum?

Been like this since the summer around end of Wimbledon.

how many have sent an email?

Sent them another email about this recent muggery that's developed lately.

I've turned to using Community Classic forum, works much better with no bugs, no live view but doesn't matter given how slow moing the forum is anyway.

They won't even allow a clear link to the forum these days, so do they care...?

However, I think they should care - it will eventually affect their business, just like all steps that gradually do that for BF.
