She stuffed her cabinet with 20 remainers compared to just 7 people who believe in Britain.

The red lines of ending free movement of people, leaving the customs union and single market and the ECJ have basically been dropped in all but name.

The woman is a total and utter disgrace and the Tories are over as a party.

The main details of the "Chequers statement" are as follows:

1. The UK would accept continuing "harmonisation" with EU rules on the trade in goods, covering only those necessary to ensure frictionless trade
(goods suits the EU as 80% of what we export is services. It means BWM etc continue to sell to us but our banking is excluded)

2. Parliament would have the final say over how these rules are incorporated into UK law, retaining the right to refuse to do so
(70% remainers despite 70% of them representing leave areas)

3. There will be different arrangements for trade in services, including financial products, with greater "regulatory flexibility" and "strong reciprocal arrangements"
(Waste of time to split goods from services. They want to sell us goods and exclude our services)

4. Freedom of movement as it stands will come to an end but a "mobility framework" will ensure UK and EU citizens can continue to travel to each other's territories and apply for study and work
(A Total and utter disgrace. borders will not be controlled)

5. A new customs arrangement will be phased in, with the goal of "a combined customs territory"
(We will take their rules and tariffs. No deals with the developing world and commonwealth)

6. The UK will be able to control its own tariffs and develop an independent trade policy
(Impossible given 5. It is not going to happen)

7. The jurisdiction of the European Court of Justice will end but the UK will pay regard to its decisions in areas where common rules were in force.
(It will not end if we sign up to their rules. We will be rule taker not a rule maker)

Number 7 is not entirely right

They will get rid of that as it has the human rights within it, they will present a 'bill of rights' in its place, which wont amount to sod all tbh, and because theres no human rights to back it up it'll  mean nothing, just guidelines not rules, they will be able to side step it all anyway.

It was all about number 7, they wanted the eu courts/human rights gone, they will keep everything as it was because its all good.

Done up like kippers

Fortunately May has signed her 'death warrant' with the Chequers statement
so it is not all doom and gloom.

Merkel has created the fourth reich and hegemony in europe without firing a shot.   Something other leaders (from Bismark and napoleon to adolph) have failed to do.
Further on it will become a massive Nation along the lines of Oceania (as in Orwell's 1984)

May is gambling on former Brexit voters that have turned into 'better not rock the boat' merchants come the next election.

Bottlers the lot of 'em.
