For instance, if I wanted to post the results of a horse racing system using the column headers

'Horse', 'Rating', 'Result', 'Betfair SP'

how can I do this?

Thanks.

Young children in Japan commonly refer to themselves by their own name (a habit probably picked from their elders who would normally refer to them by name). This is due to the normal Japanese way of speaking, where referring to another in the third person is considered more polite than using the Japanese words for "you", like Omae. More explanation given in Japanese pronouns, though as the children grow older they normally switch over to using first person references. Japanese idols also may refer to themselves in the third person so to give off the feeling of childlike cuteness.||

In certain Eastern religions, like Hinduism or Buddhism, this is sometimes seen as a sign of enlightenment, since by doing so, an individual detaches his eternal self (atman) from the body related one (maya). Known illeists of that sort include Swami Ramdas,[5] Ma Yoga Laxmi,[6] Anandamayi Ma,[7] and Mata Amritanandamayi.[8] Jnana yoga actually encourages its practitioners to refer to themselves in the third person.[9]

A good class sprinter as a 2 year old winning a 5f listed and Group 3 race in France (Vichy and Chantilly respectively) when trained by Hugo Palmer.

His highest rating was 107, and finished 4th in the Group 3 Cornwallis stakes at Newmarket, form made better by the 3rd, the high class Battash, who was a length in front of him. Afandem was actually shorter in price than the latter that day. If he could reproduce that run he would be odds-on tonight, but this was back in October 2016 and unfortunately for his owner those glory days are probably a distant memory.

In his 12 races since the Cornwallis, his rating has regressed in every consecutive run from 107 to 78 today.

Gelded in November 2017, and transfered to Mark Johnston in February 2018, but still with the same owner.

Raced 6 times for MJ, 3 on the AW, 3 on turf, without success. Average to poor runs in the first 5, but did finish 3rd LTO over the CD. Took his time to pick up, looking very one paced, but did stay on in the last 100 yards without looking like winning.

The field is not particularly strong, but it's a wide open race, in fact i think any one of 7 could win it, excluding Economic Crisis and Alexandrakollontai (i'm not even going to check that spelling) so layers have many running for them.

Logi is an obvious choice as the winner, and his apprentice jockey gave him a very good ride to win LTO, but i like an outsider who ran in the same race, the Ruth Carr trained Katheefa. He finished 6th, beaten 5.5L but is 11 lb better off tonight, and could spring a surprise at 16/1. He might be worth a small EW fun bet.

My selection tonight is risky (nothing new there) after all he was group class once, and i'm hopeful rather than confident, but based on my comments above are reasons for the lay. Good luck.
