I dont think any other jockey has the same casual attitude to holding up horses. He seems oblivious to how well or poorly positioned he is at vital parts of the race.

There are points in a race when you can make up ground cheaply and others where it will cost your horse dearly. He cannot seem to distinguish

think he has some dodgy connections like Kyron Fallen used to have
can't be making same errors for 2 decades & not learn - tooooo deliberate
