The send you an email with this all splashed over it, but by now we know that we are excluded from this, and indeed there it is - in the small print. Not that you could get a tenner on a horse in Sportsbook anyway, but that's hardly the point. Why send the email to masses of people who don't qualify? That could almost be entrapment....

And thanks to the forum moderator in advance for taking this thread down.

I got the same and have the same attitude. I find it staggering that a company of this size can't use an auto filter to stop any emails of this nature going to those with accounts who are not able to take advantage, but then I couldn't possibly accuse the middle management of this shoddy outfit to be anything more than painfully mediocre in all respects.

I reported the email to my ISP as spam. Perhaps if enough people do this, then there will be some effort put in to stop this nonsense.

I remember the days when Betfair's advertising slogan was "we welcome winners"

Those days are long gone. Betfair sportsbook is a squealing little piglet of a bookmaker these days, and that little piggy has had it's gonads removed a while back.

That would be in the days before this "Sportsbook" rubbish came along and would refer to the exchange.
