Had a good week, not looking forward to seeing how much they're taking away this time...

How lazy are they? They take all the money out and from now on they not even going to be bothered letting us know via email

Please find attached your premium charge statement for week ending 02/11/09. We wish to advise that we will not automatically send out your premium charge reports via e-mail as a matter of course. The Premium Charge portal, can provide you with the front page of your statements online. All you need to do is log in to the Betfair website and follow the link below. This should be available late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning AEST each week

it's not being lazy, it's calculated

by emailing everyone affected, they draw each pc payer's attention to how much they have paid that week

leaving pc payers to look at the portal in their own time means some will forget

The reason total charges is under 20 % is because you incurred the charge for last week. If you add the amount they are taking today to the total charges you will see that you in fact are at 20 % exactly.

None can be under 20 % with two exceptions , those who just got over the 250 market barrier and those who used to have a "big win" exemption which now isn't exempt anymore due to more winnings which has taken the big win under 50% of their life time gross profit.
