very strange , Argyle won last 4 at home, 2nd in current form table, Bury becoming detached at bottom lost last 5, you would expect Plymouth to be around Evens, Bury 4.5 , £8k on this game , £1k on other league 1 games , Bury blue all over oddschecker, cant think of any reason tho Trevor Kettle is the ref , probably the worst ref in the country & well known for making inexplicable decisions??!!!

They may be blue but prices are similar to what they were on 31 December. They've made some interesting loan signings (good enough goalkeeper at this level Connor Ripley, experienced defender Peter Clarke and 6ft 4 striker James Hanson) but I'm with you, they've scored once in 8 so the supply isn't there no matter how tall the striker is and with tricky fixtures coming up (Donny and Wigan next two) there's going to be no lack of incentive to take maximum points from a 6 pointer. gl.

How is the pitch holding up to the weather?
Report The Dragon January 5, 2018 8:13 AM GMT
price is amaxzing and might be one of those too good to be true bets i got 13/8 with BV and have posted it as my main tip on my thread lets hope its not one of thiose too good tio be true bets ive had a good wager on it
Report green army January 5, 2018 9:13 AM GMT
pitch is fine , no injuries and carey (best player in league 1) is on fire, since we've stopped getting red cards (6 in 8 games) and got a good keeper on loan (our 7th of the season) we've been in top 6 form so would be very very disappointed not to win this one
Report The Dragon January 5, 2018 12:34 PM GMT
lets hope so green my bank manager will be very pleased if they do!!!!
Report The Dragon January 5, 2018 12:37 PM GMT
just checked on oddchecker and b365 go best priice at 29/20 and most odds are drifting

Bury are best priced 2/1 and odds shortening based on form something is not right???????

have faith lads they do get it wrong ,a few weeks ago barrow were playing  solihull in the national league barrow were 4/7 and solihull were around 4/1 9/2 ,it looked all wrong to me barrow looked far to short , i dint have a bet in the game as i thought it too good to be true ...............solihull won the game ! was kicking myself !
Report ph. January 5, 2018 2:04 PM GMT
one team has momentum and is in form the other has hail mary loans and no form, sometimes best to keep it simple and go with the obvious. I bet 13/8 against Walsall so 29/20 seems more than fair.
Report green army January 5, 2018 2:06 PM GMT
theres 2.52 available on the exchange
Report The Dragon January 5, 2018 2:19 PM GMT
yup 2.50 still available
Report ph. January 5, 2018 2:22 PM GMT
tbf I tend to put 3 or 4 in an acca at evens or better, last week Leeds having 1325 shots on goal against Forest let me down for £4k when the last pick was them or Shrewsbury. At 2.5 on here after juice it works out less than 29/20
Report ph. January 5, 2018 2:25 PM GMT
couple of hundred at 2.5 wins carpet less £11.60 for the privilege so 29/20 with books is fair
Report green army January 5, 2018 6:44 PM GMT
so whoever was backing bury seems to have had his fill, Argyle are back in to 2.3 from 2.52 , I'm starting to lay but will leave my green on the greens !

I thought Scunny were absolutely nailed on to beat Bury at home last time out however it took a last minute goal to break the deadlock,Plymouth look the same nailed on to win.

maybe a good idea to stay on the right side of Argyle in the coming weeks, the markets don't like us so you get excellent value and according to a Bury fan yesterday "What I would say is that we were unlucky to play Plymouth, they are top of the form table and looked like they were on steroids with the amount of running and pressing, not sure any team in our league could handle them at the moment."
Report The Dragon January 7, 2018 2:41 PM GMT
yes will do , i had them when they won at blackpoool also
Report ph. January 7, 2018 6:43 PM GMT
lets not over egg the the pudding, were 2 up away to Blackpool but didn't win and let me down for nice bet perming 3/1+ pokes.
Report prepared83 January 7, 2018 6:46 PM GMT
how much bet on plymouth on here at 2.5 or bigger lads?
Report hippie January 7, 2018 7:14 PM GMT
Talk about contrasts. 5 straight home wins against Gillingham (90th minute winner scored by Toumani Diagouraga who joined Fleetwood straight after yesterday's win) and 4 of the poorest travellers in the league. 3 of the next 4 home games are against Wigan, Blackburn and Bradford, form teams with better away than home records.

Plymouth will be odds against for all 3 but I wouldn't be confident of collecting.

tougher game against Doncaster away this weekend but 5/1 with 365 is surely too big abnd worth a small intertest

nothing between them have laid doncaster for  buttons at 8/11 ish will  trickle some more as liquidity gets stronger
Report The Dragon January 9, 2018 10:15 PM GMT
doncaster have strong home  and recent form and it will be some result to get a win/draw but the odds are not right so at 5,s im prepared to have a dip
