England to win and the British Media will hype them and make them favorites again.
The same procedure as every 2 years. |

hoping for 5/6/7 nil to Brazil! Heres hoping!

indeed, but when have they ever not been too strong for England?
even in a friendly I couldn't put stolen money on Eng in this fixture Laugh Pretty sure we beat them 2-1 in a friendly here only a few years back. Also were beating them in Brazil before they hit a late equaliser. Beaten the French, Germans and Spain in friendlies in recent years. Sad fact is, when it comes to friendlies, we can beat anyone, but a completely different matter in a tournament Brazil were nearly evens on Sunday, now 1.64. Happy days for anyone that was on them from the start |
By:
Difference is those friendlies weren't before World Cups. This time around all the Brazilian players bar Neymar are not guaranteed a place in the Brazilian world cup team next year....therefore I am assuming a lot of them are going to want to impress, especially Coutinho
|
By:
No1 in the Brazilian team has withdrawn from the squad during this international break! That in itself shows the importance to the players compared to the embarrassing mentality we have here in the UK
|
By:
Brazil have won 25 of their last 26 friendlies, going back to 2013, that tells you their attitude towards them, press bigging up Gareth because he played youngsters and got a draw against a German team who didn't give a feck, let's so what they say if England get spanked here ................

Backing over 2.5, over 3.5 and Neymar And Gabriel Jesus To Score Anytime @ 5/1 with Baldies................................

Think there is a late goal in this
|
By:
A shallow talent pool getting shallower by the year. We are becoming like the Celtic nations.
But hey screw the national team just as long as the EPL is making money for the owners, agents etc. |
By:
0-0 again, i hope we get murdered in Russia, time to Get rid of this notion we are a decent team, we are second rate team with no ideas, time to wise up.
|

Turd polishing time on ITV now...

By:
what the fcuk were you expecting Barney?
an open game giving them sh1t loads of space and chucking men forward? at least england look like they can defend as a team now, a couple of years ago were a shambles conceding chances against poor teams even. plenty of young players not sh1tting themselves in these games. |
By:
are you scottish?
|
By:
Think a few have done their nads on a friendly expecting goals.
shame. |

Why does everyone think England were average, they have played alot of youngsters this evening, against some of the best players in the world and we draw 0-0 and everyone is moaning and no we're not going to do really well in Russia, but please please keep some of these better youngsters in the side and lets get rid of players like Cahill and your jo average player and lets keep bringing these youngsters into the side. We have done really well in u17 and u19 championships by winning them, the talent is there, for what could be an excellent few years for English football in the early and mid 2020's. What is needed is they are allowed to play for their clubs in the Premier League, rather than keep on bringing more average foreign players, meaning they have to either go out on loan to get a game, or play at Championship level, which is bloody ridiculous.
|
By:
A number of hardly inspiring performances as of late, more when we get to Russia, we are a very ordinary team, who cant accept it.
|
By:
Look england will no doubt not perform in the tournament when it really matters but i don't get the stick on tonight's evidence against practically brazils first team, even the subs they chucked on.
I can only assume such vitriol is down to losing money. |
By:
agree with you cricket about our home grown talent cant get a look in due to overpriced foreign rubbish coming in, that to me is the real nub, untik that changes, its business as usual
|
By:
not hard to see why these jokers cant get a game for their clubs
|
By:
Lost a fiver on no late goal, otherwise no betting involvement
|
By:
Wise move Barney.
