imagine you own two houses. one a small house you live in for most of the year. but for two weeks you have a timeshare of a mansion. because you partly own a massive house you have to pay for it's upkeep with the timeshare partners. So you have a rota, large council tax bill rate, lots of rules how to care for the mansion. rules and rules on top. So much you cannot focus on your own little house and how to run that properly. Juggling two complicated incompatible lifestyles.
We love to be in the club - but they keep upping the dues. Isn't it better to leave before it implodes. freedom is living within your own rules - not under other people's rules. Ruled by the German powerhouse and the French.
