Ok looks like this one will not be weather interrupted. Maybe a few lingering showers on wed morning. We have had a lot of rain in the last 2 days (60mm where I live 45km north of wellington) so the pitch may be on the fresh side. Lay of the draw for me at 4's to start with.

Taylor out. Boult doubtful. SAF bowling should be too good. But like Tyco I have laid the draw.

i agree with the draw lay, i just cant imagine a draw between these two with 5 days play.

The Kiwi bowling might struggle without the excellent Boult, if he's really out but can't see NZ holding out against the Saffer attack for long enough to draw a game, no. On a draw lay to back to lay again approach for this one.

I don't like it when teams play fast bowlers who are carrying an injury. If they go down in a match, it puts the team at a real disadvantage.

like Tyco says it looks like there might be a bit of rain around for the first session, i think i am going to hold back with my draw lay and try and get a better price.

Sorry Dan... I got my timing wrong, I though the test started on Wednesday, but it starts on Thursday. So I believe now 5 full days interrupted play..

caveat... Saturday's forecast has just changed with a few showers in it now. Not that I think its going to do much but just be aware that this may "spook" the market...

Draw 4.8 now. Hopefully it will keep drifting right up until the start if Play.

Hoping for some trading of the draw price myself. I'd like to go in a little red on it though.

Is this a win toss and bowl pitch or good pitch to lose the toss.

I think its a win toss and bat pitch but it will likely be green and move about in the morning session. So captains may be tempted to bowl.

I know the forum is hosted separately.

Tried everything I can think of, including android mobile app.

Telephone support shortly so I'll call them.

I have been focusing on the India Aus game so not been following the news on this, pitch, personnel and market watching so I am at a big disadvantage.   Keep Stakes LOW early on!

Same team for SA.
For NZ, Broom comes in, Southee back in along with Colin de Grondhomme, Santa out, Patel stays in.

Smallish lay of Saffers at 1.81 knowing full well that Kiwi's could lost this game in 1st hour.

Hi CS, or could bat SA out of it by lunch... that said, I think SA have the upper hand, Latham is a walking wicket.. and the batting looks a little thin without Roscoe. 350+ will be a must for NZ.

DAN1974

Hmmmm, SA win the toss and bowl on a green pitch and the draw shortens

good bounce, the sky guy who tapped in the mike at the base of the stumps said it was harder than normal. :)

looks very flat but with good pace and bounce. NZ could if they apply make a good score here.
