Anyone had any dealings or experience of this company?

Family member overstayed by 17 minutes in a retail park car park and they want £100

The letter they've received looks official but I'm not sure it's legally enforceable.

Any ideas anyone? Ta, in advance.

Better to pay up.....put it down as a life lesson !

Don't want the bailiffs round with escalating costs.

You could appeal to Retail Park....they can ask Parking eye to cancel it.....I did it for a hotel once.

I had a ticket from Parking eye.Managed to get it cancelled by appealing to the company who PE were " working" for.My excuse ..I was a frequent customer and i would no longer be shopping with them.Did the trick with the minimum of fuss.Just be polite and contrite.
