Is it unusual or common to use both hands for different things for example

I write right handed
I play tennis / table tennis right handed
I play pool / snooker right handed

but

I play Basketball left handed
I play Golf left handed
I play cricket left handed
I play darts left handed
I can only throw a ball left handed
I can only throw a good punch left handed
I can only catch left handed

Haven't played some of them since school but still

Aside from that when I play football I'm both footed

do you use one hand for most things or both like above? no jokes about you know what thanksSilly

I never use a saw left handed, I always use my right.
I hold a rifle to my right shoulder (is that left or right handed)

My left hand moves a lot more when doing physical work, lifting, hammer etc

So my watch is on my right wrist, there's less chance of hitting it on something.

Squash - both. Playing squash against a two handed player bamboozles the opposition no end.
Pool/snooker - both equally as well.
Tennis - both.

Everything else right handed.

This may seem like a good thing but to be ambidextrous can be a sign of mental health issues.
Report SlippyBlue May 26, 2013 5:20 PM BST
Laugh

I used to punch well above my weight against county players being able to play squash with both hands.

Were you a southpaw by the way?

I don't know if you watched the Froch fight last night, I quite enjoyed it but one of the judges went 118-110. He must have been watching a different bout to me. I had Froch winning by 2, 3 at a push.
