Looks like Jamie McDonnell just lost by technical decision. Who's about for all the action tonight?

THey made it a no contest, and McDonnell keeps the belt. Disappointing for everyone, I suppose.

Quigg up next.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 7:46 PM GMT
Quigg needs an impressive win here. He's been out in the wilderness a bit, since the Frampton loss.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 7:50 PM GMT
Quigg looks worse than when he was with Gallagher, getting hit far too often. Roach is gone as a trainer, strange move

technical draw? I've got it on now

Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 7:53 PM GMT
agree, but I don't think yefimovich is strong enough to put Quigg under enough pressure.

agree, but he keeps getting hit. isn't moving his head

weird atmosphere with hardly any crowd
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 7:59 PM GMT
Quigg is poor, but he'll still win, probably.

Monagasque stoppage, was never in it though.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 8:11 PM GMT
Can't believe the tw@ts are still trying to defend the Takam stoppage last week. Sad

Report wisewords November 4, 2017 8:30 PM GMT
is Del gonna get chinned here?
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 8:32 PM GMT
never seen him, but reports are he's not that great. Depends on what kind of shape del boy is in.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 8:42 PM GMT
Kabayel is doing quite well, but Chisora has more power. Might be interesting, If DEl can't put him away, he might get outpointed. Who knows??
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 8:42 PM GMT
interesting match up so far
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 8:46 PM GMT
Kabayel's making Chisora look silly
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 8:48 PM GMT
Kabayel is trying to do a Hughie Fury on him.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 8:50 PM GMT
Chisora looks like a tub of lard
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 8:59 PM GMT
Comms are getting a bit carried away with Kabayel, he's pretty ordinary really. Might be doing enough to get the decision, though, if Chisora can't stop him.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:02 PM GMT
Getting to the stage where Chisora will need to stop Kabayel, or at least slow him right down with a body shot or something.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:07 PM GMT
Del is going to lose this, I think. Kabayel is young and strong. I don't think Chisora can stop him.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:08 PM GMT
Del's getting desperate here

Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:08 PM GMT

Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:10 PM GMT
Chisora not doing enough.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:14 PM GMT
LOL EDDIE HAS IT MUCH CLOSER
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:15 PM GMT
EDDIE HEARN HOME COOKING!
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:15 PM GMT
Chisora has been awful for the first 8 or 9 rounds only trying when it's too late. Kabayel isn't even that good but Chisora has let him look OK.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:18 PM GMT
Most I can give Del is 4 rounds
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
This surely can't be a robbery. Wasn't even close.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
can Eddie cook that? It looked like Kabayel won about 9 or 10 of the 12 rounds
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
probably 9 rounds to 3.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
lol Tyson Fury had it for Chisora
Report p_r_e_m_i_e_r__f_a_n_t_a_s_y November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
the pikey and the lanky string of piss have it to chisora ffs
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:19 PM GMT
are we going to get a home cooking here?
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:21 PM GMT
hope not,
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:22 PM GMT
114-114 draw
115-113
115-114

winner... Kabayel
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:22 PM GMT
Kabayel corner look confident.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:22 PM GMT
Right result but those scores are a joke
Report p_r_e_m_i_e_r__f_a_n_t_a_s_y November 4, 2017 9:22 PM GMT
wtf are them scorecards, at least they got the right winner
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:22 PM GMT
lol the cards were a disgrace. it shows boxing is controlled by money. at least they got the right decision.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:23 PM GMT
closer than I thought.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:24 PM GMT
I think that if the Sky team hadn't pushed that Kabayel won, Eddie would have instructed the cards to go to Delboy. All it would have taken is a nod.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:27 PM GMT
Definitely. Remember the Solis robbery last time here.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:27 PM GMT
I do agree with Johnny Nelson there. if Chisora had been cornered better there, it could have been a very close fight and they could have given him the decision. it took until round 10 for him to get fired up. if someone was putting a rocket up his arse after 4 rounds it could have been a different fight.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:28 PM GMT
yep, Hearn was desperate to give it to Chisora, if he thought he could get away with it.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:28 PM GMT
he needed someone he feared/respected in his corner. you need that guidance in professional sport when things aren't going well
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:30 PM GMT
I'm not sure Chisora had it in him to fight at a pace for 12 rounds. He didn't look in good shape to do so.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:32 PM GMT
I agree. But if you'd got him revved up around round 5, he could have started taking some rounds, and then a strong finish and it would have been enough.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:33 PM GMT
He got revved up in round 10, and he got a draw and 2 close losses... Look at the cards and you can clearly see they wanted him to win but he was badly managed by his corner.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:37 PM GMT
You know Eubank's getting the decision no matter what happens. That was a clear knock down in round 1.
Report wisewords November 4, 2017 9:38 PM GMT
boxing shouldn't be this way, but the promoter controls so much. The correct card for the fight was probably 118-111 Kabayel, yet the widest he was awarded was 115-113. Chisora had a 2 round headstart effectively.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:39 PM GMT
yes, it was a knockdown.
Report Des Pond November 4, 2017 9:41 PM GMT
testing fight for just his 3rd contest.

Bit harsh on the Frenchman. Back to the drawing board for young Eubank.
Report Geesyerdosh November 4, 2017 9:51 PM GMT
Early in his career but that Eubank doesn't look up to much. Looks piiss weak at the moment.

Would be a great contest with Jack or Marcus Browne, imo.
