Not quite
There will be trains-maybe between Central and Aintree but
More datails
Trains will also run between Liverpool city-centre and West Kirby from mid-morning till around 8pm, with no services for a few hours in the afternoon.

There will be no trains to New Brighton.

There will be no trains between Hooton and Chester and Hooton and Ellesmere Port.

There will be no trains between Liverpool city centre and Hunts Cross.

There will be very few train trains between Liverpool city centre and Southport.

There will be no trains to Kirkby.

There will also be no trains between Aintree and Ormskirk.

Northern rail
“Racegoers need to know Northern’s last train out of Liverpool Lime Street will leave at 6.30pm. To get a Northern train home, visitors will need to leave Aintree well before the last races.”

So if you can get into central Liverpool you can get to the course but then can you get back to town and then onward???
