Its a bit speculative but at 300/1 what do you expect....
- Was considered to run in the Gold Cup last year
- Ran well in the Irish National (staying on)
- Nice low weight
- Only one run this season over hurdles so maybe the season was built around the National
- Trainer has a good record at Aintree

The horse is Home Farm by the way!

Yes , plausible.
Report Ramruma February 17, 2016 5:45 AM GMT
Looks a bit inexperienced and has never won left-handed but at 300/1 against, there are bound to be a few holes in the form.
Report Roger The Butler February 17, 2016 10:32 PM GMT
Was absolutely cruising in the 2014 Grade 1 Lexus til he came down too.
Report kavvie February 18, 2016 11:43 PM GMT
fell at the first in tne 2014 lexus?
Report Roger The Butler February 21, 2016 8:52 PM GMT
Watch it and tell me whether you thought he was cruising or not when he came down though.
Report runandskip February 27, 2016 10:02 PM GMT
Hurdles run tomorrow ;)
Report dunlaying February 28, 2016 11:11 AM GMT
I had put half a crown on him today.

Availed myself to a bit of 200 on here... thanks to the OP for flagging it up...
Report Meat Loaf February 28, 2016 3:41 PM GMT
Thought it ran an ok prep run considering the distance was far too short.

Hope it doens't run at Cheltenham and straight to Aintree
Report colupaul February 28, 2016 6:01 PM GMT
Nice little jolly in the sunshine confirming HF's well-being...

Just seen this, GL meat loaf and anyone on at huge prices.

Another to consider at big odds is Perfect Candidate. If Beg To Differ runs the expected big race in the Ultima, Perfect Candidate's odds could tumble.
Report the bloob March 19, 2016 5:24 PM GMT
Perfect Candidate is an interesting one if it runs, looks doubtful judging by the market on here
Report runandskip March 23, 2016 3:51 PM GMT
not declared for Irish National and only 6 more to come out :)
Report kavvie March 23, 2016 7:15 PM GMT
shud get  a run so for sure..a live outsider..
Report Meat Loaf March 27, 2016 9:52 AM BST
Yep I know they think a lot of this horse and his entire year has been around one race.

Firstly lets hope he gets in the race and secondly lets hope for goodish ground.
Report kavvie March 27, 2016 12:59 PM BST
still big on here meatloaf..i was googling it there a while back.  it was considered for the gn last yr but hdb thought it a year too early..and it has a lower rating this year..heres hoping he gets ground and gets in..and johnny burke rides!!
Report The Dragon March 28, 2016 8:15 PM BST
130 on here now
Report StaroftheClass March 31, 2016 11:46 PM BST
He looks like getting a run at least. Not out of it on Irish National form from a couple of years back given the way he shaped for stamina.
Report kavvie April 4, 2016 2:10 PM BST
hes in now anyway..n the lap of the gods from here on!!
Report kavvie April 5, 2016 10:01 PM BST

tree, you got a mon mome for us this year?
Report kavvie April 6, 2016 8:29 AM BST
ive no reason to believe its a non(E?!!) runner?  the going wont be a worry unless the clouds open and its heavy?
Report mrcombustible April 6, 2016 8:37 AM BST
Would prefer if Arthur Moore was still training it as he is excellent at targeting the big handicaps.
I wonder why the owner switched it to De Bromhead as he is related to Moore's wife?
Report Charlton2005 April 6, 2016 8:39 AM BST
not won a chase at 3m, so history says no chance
Report sixtwosix April 6, 2016 8:46 AM BST
Looked a star 2 or 3 years back  ,but few runs and little promise since then.
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! April 6, 2016 1:07 PM BST
Well this one won't be a min mome. It's hit zero hope.
Report Meat Loaf April 6, 2016 7:20 PM BST
Andrew Lynch booked to ride.

Liverpool echo report:

De Bromhead is hopeful of a big run. He said: "Home Farm is in really good form and definitely goes for the Crabbie's Grand National. He is a high class horse and I am expecting a really good run."
Report regvarney April 8, 2016 7:22 PM BST
my 2 local bookies will be hoping this one doesn't win, or even place...
there's a huge local caravan park called HOME FARM, and, not surprisingly, all the locals are including it in their selections, the shop managers tell me...
so at 100/1 with baldy (only 50/1 in billies) all those 2 quid each ways will soon add up
Report OnOffer April 8, 2016 10:04 PM BST
De Bromhead is very bullish with this horse, he has admittedly very little form in the book but could just be the plan to keep him under the radar to preserve his mark.

One of the more interesting runners at the bottom end of the market.
Report spyker April 8, 2016 10:58 PM BST
Being nibbled at now, i'm on @ around 200 here and 50 ew @ 100. Place would be nice!

Breaking News - thanks to Money tree's intervention Home Farm has had 2 stone taken off his back. Still may not be enough but he's in with a fighting chance now........
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! April 9, 2016 11:13 AM BST
There's all ways a group of mugs desperate for a few £££.

Read the form again.

Ps sorry for the mug comment but it's what's required for you to have a reality check.
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! April 9, 2016 11:27 AM BST
If this donkey is in the top 4 I'll quit gambling
Report spyker April 9, 2016 11:43 AM BST
How much have you laid it to place for then?
Report jasey April 9, 2016 11:46 AM BST
Cerium came 5th and was a 1000/1 people would have said he had no chance.
I don't fancy Home Farm but some huge prices been taken so good luck and hope Home Farm backers get a run for their money.
Report Money Tree cost me thousands!! April 9, 2016 1:02 PM BST

So selfishly good luck me.
